Responsibilities: 

Work on analytical projects that involve partners across business to produce data insights that guide product development strategies and operational initiatives in a fast-growing fashion eCommerce setting. Work with the client’s product and growth teams to execute data gathering, develop performance models, and deliver key analyses by Python, R or similar programming language that will address complications in the product development process. Translate insights into strategies and new product ideas that capture the trends and drive value for the client’s long-term growth goals. Build internal costing and sourcing databases and carry out effective actions to resolve operational, supply chain, and logistic problems through every step of the production until the product lands in the client's warehouse.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in operations research, math, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative field; 

• 6 Months work experience as Operations Research Analyst, or related position of operations analysis/management in the fashion or garment industry, or related; 

• Proficient in Python, R, or similar for data mining, predictive modeling, and reporting techniques.
